Zoe is an AI-powered SMS service that provides personalized spiritual encouragement, Bible study guidance, prayer support, and pastoral care. By texting our service number, you agree to these terms.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Zoe responds to your texts and may occasionally send check-in messages. You control the conversation.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Opt-In: By texting START, HELLO, or any message to our service number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Zoe.
Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from Zoe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Zoe is a spiritual companion tool, not a licensed counselor, therapist, or medical professional. If you are in crisis, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 for immediate help. Zoe may detect crisis language and provide emergency resources, but this is not a substitute for professional intervention.
Zoe's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for theological accuracy and sensitivity, responses may not always be perfect. Zoe is designed to supplement — not replace — your relationship with your local church, pastor, and faith community.
If your church provides Zoe to its members, Zoe may incorporate your church's theological guidelines and sermon content into conversations. Church leaders receive only aggregated, anonymized usage data — never your individual messages — unless you explicitly consent to share specific information.
You agree not to use Zoe for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to send harmful content. We reserve the right to discontinue service to users who violate these terms.
Freedomology LLC provides Zoe "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to spiritual guidance that does not meet your expectations.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Zoe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
